Abstract:	Ugotovili bomo mišične obremenitve in zmogljivosti, povezane s transferi pacientov in bremen (dinamične obremenitve - dvigovanje nepomičnih pacientov) ter preučiti obolevnost v ledvenem (težave s križem) in vratnem delu hrbtenice (statične obremenitve - delo z računalnikom v neustreznem položaju) pri zdravstvenih delavcih. Namen predlagane magistrske naloge je s pomočjo domače in tuje strokovne literature, izkušenj iz klinične prakse ter raziskav celovito proučiti pojavnost poškodb v vratnem in ledvenem delu hrbtenice na podlagi statističnih podatkov in meritev z elektromiografijo. Z zbranimi podatki bomo lahko preučevali, kateri dejavniki vplivajo na MSO obolevnost zdravstvenih delavcev. S tem bomo pokazali možnosti za izboljšanje zdravstvenega stanja zdravstvenih delavcev in možnosti za zmanjšanje absentizma ter posledično stroškov delodajalcev. V empiričnem delu magistrske naloge bomo uporabili kvantitativno metodo dela. Dobljene rezultate bomo obdelali z uporabo statističnih metod (deskriptivna statistika s korelacijskim testom). Hipotezo bomo preverili s T-testom in Z-testom. Drugi eksperimentalni del bomo izvedli s pomočjo EMG aparata, s katerim bomo merili mišično zmogljivost posameznikov pri določeni obremenitvi. Predstavljena raziskava, ki temelji na metodološkem pristopu metaanalize, je pokazala, da je bolečina v križu pomemben zdravstveni problem pri zdravstvenem osebju, zlasti pri poklicni skupini medicinskih sester. Pomembno je upoštevati vidik specifičnih razlik v obremenitvah hrbtenice pri delu v različnih kliničnih okoljih (npr. intenzivni, ortopedski, interni, kirurški oddelek). Predlaga se vzpostavitev tako imenovanih gibalnih centrov v kliničnem okolju v katerih bi pod strokovnim vodstvom (fiziater, fizioterapevt,kineziolog) potekala izobraževanja o ustrezni gibalni aktivnosti na delovnem mestu in strukturirani, najmanj dvakrat tedenski 45-minutni gibalni vadbeni program.

Title:	MEASURING MUSCLE EDURANCE IN HEALTH CARE WORKERS BY MEANS OF EMG HEALTH CARE WORKERS
Abstract:	We will identify the muscle load and capacity related to patient transfers and loads (dynamic load - raising the fixed patients) and to examine the prevalence in the lumbar (lower-back morbidity) and cervical spine (static load - working with computers in an inappropriate position) in healthcare workers. The purpose of the master's thesis is to fully examine the incidence of injuries in the cervical and lumbar spine, on the basis of statistical data and measurements by electromyography with the help of domestic and foreign professional literature, the experience of clinical practice and research The data collected will be studied which factors affect the MSO prevalence of health workers. This will show the possibilities for improving the health status of health professionals and the potential for reducing absenteeism and the resulting burden on employers. In the empirical part of the master's thesis, we will use a quantitative method of work. The results will be analyzed using statistical methods (descriptive statistics, with a correlation test). The hypothesis will be tested by t-test and Z-test. Other experimental works will be carried out by using the EMG device with which we will measure the muscular capacity of individuals at a given load. The present study, based on a methodological approach meta-analysis showed that low back pain is a major health problem by medical staff, especially in the professional group of nurses. It is important to take into account the specific differences in the loading of the spine at work in a variety of clinical settings (eg. An intensive, orthopedic, internal, surgical department). It is proposed to establish a so-called motor centers in the clinical setting in which, under the expert guidance (physiatrist, physical therapist, kinesiologist) conducted training on appropriate physical activity in the workplace and structured, at least twice weekly 45 minutes locomotor training program.
