Glavni in poglavitni vzroki so vzroki človeškega dejavnika.

Title:MODEL FOR RECOGNIZE INDIVIDUAL FEATURES OF EMPLOYEES WHICH AFFECTS ON CONDUCT RELATED WITH ACCIDENTS AT WORK
Abstract:Already in the past the data on health and safety at work have shown certain deviations among individuals who, with the same nature of work and risks, had a larger or smaller number of incidents — minor accidents at work without sick leave or occupational accidents. Among the employees who perform the same work, we can notice different causes that lead to an accident. Most of these derive from the individual's character or his personality traits. The principal and primary causes are those of the human factor. In this thesis a research was carried out in the field of psychology of human characteristics or personality traits of individuals who in the past have already had an incident (accident with no sick leave) or an accident at work. By discriminant analysis we searched for the differences between personal characteristics of employees who had an incident or accident at work and those who didn’t. By means of discriminant analysis we have also made a differentiation of individual variables which refer to psychosocial risks and affect directly the conduct of employees related to incidents and accidents. With regard to personal characteristics it is possible to adequately recognize the behaviour of employees and use them preventively. The human factor behaviour is strongly influenced also by psychosocial risks (pressure on employee, time pressure, stress, harassment, etc.) which are more related to the conduct in the relationship between superiors and subordinates, which means that in some cases it is necessary to change the manner of management.
