Abstract:
Delo diplomskega seminarja obravnava nadzor nad vodenjem registrov zavarovalnega zastopanja v slovenskih zavarovalnicah. Podrobneje je opisana opredelitev zavarovanja in zavarovalnega nadzora, zavarovalnega zastopanja ter način izvajanja nadzora nad vodenjem registrov zavarovalnega zastopanja s strani nadzorne inštitucije (AZN) in Zavarovalnice X, d.d. V delu diplomskega seminarja je prikazano izvajanja nadzora nad vodenjem registrov zavarovalnega zastopanja v skladu z Zakonom o zavarovalništvu in Sklepu o registrih. Sestavni del naloge je ugotoviti ali in na kak način se izvaja nadzor nad vodenjem registrov zavarovalnega zastopanja. Na podlagi teoretičnih izhodišč in anketnega vprašalnika smo pridobljene rezultate in ugotovitve prikazali v sklepnih ugotovitvah vsakega poglavja.

CONTROL OF RUNNING A REGISTER OF INSURANCE REPRESENTATION
Abstract:
The diploma seminar discusses the supervision of insurance representation register keeping in Slovene insurance agencies. A detailed description of insurance and insurance supervision, insurance representation and the supervision of insurance representation register keeping by the supervisory institution (AZN) and Insurance agency X, d.d. is given. The diploma seminar presents the supervision of insurance representation register keeping according to The Insurance Act and Registry Agreement. The integral part of the diploma seminar is to determine whether and how the supervision of insurance representation register keeping is implemented. According to theoretical basis and questionnaire the gathered data have been presented in the final conclusions of each chapter.
