Abstract:V magistrskem delu smo proučevali, kako se odzove človeški organizem na hormonske motilce. Anketo smo izvedli v septembru in oktobru 2014 in v analizo zajeli 60 anketirancev. Z anketo smo dobili informacije glede zastavljenih vprašanj. Za analizo rezultatov smo uporabili računalniški program SPSS, statistična testa Friedmanov in Wilcoxonov test predznačenih rangov.

Title:SIGNIFICANCE OF FOOD CHAIN ENDOCRINE DISRUPTORS' EFFECTS ON PEOPLE
Abstract:The master’s thesis examines how a human organism responds to endocrine disrupters. A questionnaire was responded by the students and staff of the Faculty of Agriculture and Life Sciences Maribor, staff of the Faculty of Medicine Maribor and both Faculties of Chemistry and Chemical Technology in Slovenia, as well as by the employees of Žito Plc Maribor and former co-workers of Marifarm Ltd Maribor. The goal was to explore the respondents’ attitude towards the researched problem and their knowledge about endocrine disrupters. A total of 60 respondents completed the survey, which was conducted in September and October in 2014. The purpose of the master’s thesis, entitled Significance of Food Chain Endocrine Disruptors' Effects on People, is to present the effects of endocrine disruptors on human organism. It also aims to determine, which disruptors have an impact on the endocrine system. The survey results provided answers to the questions. The SPSS software, Friedman's statistical test, and Wilcoxon's signed ranks test were used to analyse the results. The findings indicate that the respondents are aware of potential risks related to endocrine disruptors. Statistically significant differences were found with the questionnaire. The respondents usually acquired information about the endocrine disruptors in medicinal products via the internet.
