Abstract:V diplomskem delu opisujem pomembnost vključevanja trenažnih procesov in tehnik kick boksa v policijske treninge.

Abstract:In the thesis there is described why the integration of training processes and techniques of kick boxing workouts in the police training matter. I therefore believe that it is possible to improve the psychological and physical readiness of the police, thus I aim at the body as a whole, which includes psychological sense. Training kick boxing and its management techniques allow more precise and controlled kicks, because only exercises are those that help us manage our own body and every muscle separately, both in receiving the blows as setting out. By training kick boxing officers learn some important strokes, which can be learned in a relatively short period of time and are also very effective because they allow the implementation of the set of techniques tapping without causing serious physical consequences. It is precisely these impacts that are important because of its implementation of controlled gestures to defend themselves against excessive use or abuse of their own physical force. The thesis presents the bumps, kick boxing techniques and a comparison of education Slovenian and Japanese police officers. Introducing kick boxing techniques in training of police officers would also significantly reduce damage to police officers in the implementation of duties and tasks, thereby also sick leave or even possible disability.
