Title:Tatvine v manjših samopostrežnih prodajalnah v Zgornji Savinjski dolini : diplomsko delo univerzitetnega študija

Abstract:V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela predstavimo tatvine v samopostrežnih prodajalnah. Za boljše razumevanje naloge najprej opredelimo nekaj ključnih pojmov. Opredelimo tatvine, predstavimo različne tipe prodajaln, na kratko opišemo tudi Zgornjo Savinjsko dolino in njeno prebivalstveno strukturo. Preučili smo dejavnike, ki vplivajo na možne tatove in jih privedejo do tatvine. Obravnavali smo različne tipe storilcev tatvin, čeprav splošno velja, da lahko kraja premami prav vsakega, ne glede na starost, spol in izobrazbo. Opozorili smo na značilnosti, ki pomagajo pri prepoznavi nepoštenih kupcev. Preučili smo tudi različne načine varovanja, ki jih v prodajalnah uporabljajo za preprečevanje kaznivih dejanj tatvin, od mehanskega, elektronskega in varovanja blaga z varnostno službo. Opisali smo različne vloge zaposlenih v prodajalnah in njihove pristojnosti pri preprečevanju tatvin. V drugem delu so navedeni in predstavljeni podatki, pridobljeni s pomočjo anonimnega anketnega vprašalnika, ki smo ga razdelili po prodajalnah v Zgornji Savinjski dolini. Anketiranih je bilo 49 zaposlenih v manjših samopostrežnih prodajalnah. Najprej smo predstavili demografske podatke anketirancev, nato pa še ostale rezultate izvedene ankete. V zaključnem delu našega diplomskega dela smo preverili zastavljene hipoteze ter zapisali ključne ugotovitve.

Abstract:In the theoretical part of the thesis we present theft in the self-service stores. For better understanding of the thesis we first define some key terms. We define theft, introduce the various types of stores and briefly describe the Upper Savinja Valley and its demographic structure. We studied the factors that influence potential thieves and lead them to the theft. We discussed the various types of theft offenders, although it is generally known that the theft can tempt just anyone - regardless of age, gender and education. We pointed out the characteristics that assist in the identification of dishonest customers. We also studied various ways of security provided by the stores used for prevention criminal offense of theft, from mechanical to electronic safety measures and protecting goods with the help of security service. We described the various roles of employees in the stores and their powers in the theft prevention. In the second part data obtained by an anonymous questionnaire, which was distributed at the retail stores in the Upper Savinja Valley are listed and presented. Respondents were 49 employees in small self-service stores. We first presented the demographics of respondents, followed by the rest of the results of the survey. In the final part of our diploma thesis we tested the hypotheses, and wrote down the key findings.
