Abstract:Duševne motnje v otroštvu in mladostništvu se pogosto pojavljajo, čeprav se o tem premalo govori, saj so duševni pacienti stigmatizirani in je to tabu tema. Medicinska sestra mora s pacientom in starši vzpostaviti medsebojno zaupanje, kar doseže s profesionalno komunikacijo, prijaznimi besedami in nevsiljivostjo.

Title:THE COOPERATION OF PARENTS IN PEDOPSYCHIATRIC TREATMENT OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS
Abstract:Mental disorders in childhood and adolescence often appear, although people do not talk enough about it, because the mental patients are stigmatized and this is a taboo subject. In the thesis, we mainly want to explain the role of parents in child and adolescent undergoing pedopsychiatric deals. We have described the most common mental disorders that occur during childhood and adolescence, we describe pedopsychiatric treatment of the patient and of course how it can bring together parents. We used descriptive method. A review of domestic and foreign literature, and review of electronic resources we answer the research question. We have found that parents are very helpful in dealing with child paedopsychiatry, but could in the future be more devoted parents and inform them how they can best contribute to tackling child. The nurse needs with patient and his parents establish mutual trust, which is achieved by professional communication, kind words and do not be intrusive. The most important role of parents is that they stand by child and that they are emotionally supportive. It is not important if the child primary care nurse carried out, the main thing is that parents are visiting a child, are talking to him and showing to him that they love and understand. Despite this, the residence of the child or adolescent in department pedopsychiatric improved if nurses parents be involved in their work.
