Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi obravnavam izdelavo hladilnih celic za skladiščenje zamrznjene zelenjave ali mesa ter hlajenega mesa in zelenjave. Izdelava hladilnih celic je bila izvedena v podjetju EHO d.o.o. na podlagi potrjene ponudbe. Ena hladilna celica je namenjena za skladiščenje zamrznjenih izdelkov, medtem ko sta dve hladilni celici namenjeni skladiščenju mesa in zelenjave. Ti dve celici morata biti ločeni, saj zakon določa, da zelenjava in meso ne smeta biti skupaj. Najprej je predstavljena teorija o projektnem managementu, nato sledijo preračuni, ki so potrebni za izvedbo hladilnih celic. Na koncu je še predstavljena sama izvedba projekta.

Cooling cells production
Abstract:
In Diploma thesis I am going to talk, how we can make cooling cells for storage frozen vegetables or meat and cooled meat and vegetables. In company EHO d.o.o. we made this cooling cells on the basis of offer. One cooling cell is for storage frozen products. Other two cells is for storage meat and vegetables. This two ceels must be separated, because of the law. First I will present theory of project management. Then I will make calculations, which are needed for cooling cells production. Later I will present implementation of project.
