Abstract:Računalniško numerično krmiljen stroj je naprava, katero lahko prosto programiramo in omogoča izdelavo najzahtevnejših elementov. Sestavljena je iz krmilnega in mehanskega dela. Krmilni del zajema osebni računalnik, ki vodi proces. CNC stroji so prilagodljivi in primerni za srednje veliko serijsko proizvodnjo. Pri izdelavi 4 osnega CNC rezkalnega stroja sem najprej izvedel načrtovanje celotnega krmilnega dela. Upošteval sem izbrane elemente vodenja pogonov osi in orodja. Sestavni del krmilja sestavlja krmilna omara povezana z računalnikom in vsemi aktuatorji.

Title:Manufacture four axis CNC milling machines for softer materials
Abstract:The computer controlled numerical machine is a device which can be freely programmed and enables production of the most complex elements. Its structure is divided to the controlling and mechanical part. The controlling part encompasses the personal computer, which leads the process. CNC machines are adaptable and appropriate for medium large serial manufacturing. In the production of the four-axis CNC milling machine, I have first made the plan of the entire controlling part. I adhered to the chosen elements of guidance axis drives and tools. The control closet connected to the computer and all actuators are components of the controls. When planning, I took note of all the safety measures for protection of all the elements of the machine and the operator. I drew the electrical plans with the WSCAD program, which helped me manufacture the controls. All the elements of the controls were then placed into the control closet and were suitably interconnected. At the end, the control closet was connected to the computer and its operation was tested. After I checked the existing devices, I used the programming equipment SolidWorks to draw the mechanical parts of the machine, which enable the movement of the milling tools and the placement of the manufacturer. I determined the shape of the construction and the size of the working surface.
