Abstract:	Diplomska naloga obravnava nadgradnjo e-poslovanja v podjetju eBlagajna d.o.o. pri procesu naročanju blaga in storitev. Zdajšnje naročanje blaga in storitev poteka po ustaljenem načinu z naročanjem blaga in storitev po telefonu ali pošti, in to v klasični papirnati obliki. Pri tem se pojavljajo zamude pri dobavi blaga in izvedbi storitev ter težave pri izvedbi nalog, logična posledica je tudi nezadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Vse to se kaže v zmanjšani prodaji blaga in storitev in nezadovoljstvu strank. Pri analiziranju podatkov smo najprej proučili obstoječe stanje v partnerskih organizacijah. Pri tem smo podali vzroke in težave, ki nastanejo pri klasičnem naročanju blaga in storitev. Probleme smo predstavili več vodjem ali tehnologom v partnerskih organizacijah. Predstavili smo tudi težave dobaviteljev. Za analizo poslovnih procesov smo uporabili diagram za modeliranje poslovnih procesov (Business Process Modeling Notation, BPMN). Opredelili smo tudi obstoječo informacijsko tehnologijo tako v proučevani organizaciji kot v partnerskih. V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili smernice za izbiro najbolj optimalne tehnologije in proučili podobne primere v strokovni literaturi in praksi. Predstavili smo predlog in prototip rešitve e-poslovanja pri nabavi blaga in storitev v informacijskem okolju proučevane organizacije s programsko opremo Adobe Air. V sklepu smo podali nadaljnje možnosti razvoja prototipne rešitve in priporočila partnerskim organizacijam ter približali možne učinke, ki jih bo imela prototipna rešitev na poslovanje. Podan je bil tudi predlog celovite zamisli informatizacije nabave blaga in storitev v aplikaciji eBlagajna Manager podjetja eBlagajna d.o.o.

Title:	APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT FOR EPROCUREMENT OF GOODS AND SERVICES
Abstract:	This diploma thesis describes the upgrading of e-commerce in eBlagajna d.o.o. as regards the ordering of goods and services. At the moment, goods and services are ordered in conventional form by ordering them by phone or conventional mail in paper format. This results in delays in delivery of goods or the implementation of services and problems with the implementation of tasks and consequently also dissatisfaction among employees. All this is reflected in lower sales of goods and services and customer dissatisfaction. The data analysis first focused on studying the existing situation in partner organisations. We then provided the causes of and problems that arise from conventional ordering of goods and services and presented the problems to several managers and technologists in the partner organisations. We also presented the problems of suppliers. In order to analyse business processes, we used the Business Process Modelling Notation or BPMN. We also defined the existing information technology both in the studied organisation and partner organisations. The diploma thesis provides guidelines for choosing the optimal technology and a study of similar cases in professional literature and practice. We presented our proposal and a prototype solution for e-commerce in the ordering of goods and services within the IT environment of the studied organisation using Adobe Air. The conclusion offers further possibilities of developing the prototype solution and recommendations to partner organisations and showcases possible effects that the prototype solution might have on the business. We also provided a proposal for a comprehensive computerisation of the ordering of goods and services in the eBlagajna Manager application used by eBlagajna d.o.o.
