Abstract:	Logistični stroški igrajo v podjetju zelo pomembno vlogo, saj neposredno vplivajo na konkurenčnost in dobičkonosnost artiklov. Priložnosti za zmanjšanje logističnih stroškov je veliko, kajti obstaja veliko vzvodov, ki nam to omogočajo. Cilj vsakega podjetja mora biti optimalno ravnovesje med vsemi logističnimi stroški. S tem namreč dosežemo stroškovno učinkovitost. Namen te naloge je prikazati načine, kako lahko logistične stroške zmanjšamo v obravnavanem podjetju. Uporabili smo dva vzvoda, in sicer zmanjševanje števila distribucijskih centrov in primernost lokacije distribucijskega centra, s katerima smo dokazali, da lahko podjetje zmanjša celotni logistični strošek. V prvem delu magistrske naloge smo podali relevantno teorijo o logističnih stroških, kar je bila nato osnova za razumevanje praktičnega dela naloge, ki je razdeljen na dva dela. V prvem delu smo simulirali nove transportne poti ob zmanjšanju števila distribucijskih centrov, v drugem pa smo analizirali celotne logistične stroške za posamezno simulacijo in iskali ekonomsko najbolj optimalno rešitev za obravnavano podjetje.

Title:	Impact of distribution center costs on logistics cost in company
Abstract:	Logistic costs play a big role in companies, because they indirectly influence on competitiveness and profitability of products. Goal of every company must be the optimal balance between all logistic costs, if we want to reach costs effectiveness. Purpose of this dissertation is show different ways of reducing logistic costs in explicit company. It is exist many solutions and opportunities for reducing logistic costs. We take two different ways, reducing distribution centers in explicit company and determine optimum location of distribution centers. In dissertation, we prove that with these two options logistic costs could be reduce. In first part of dissertation we described theory of logistics cost, which is basic for understanding practice part of dissertation. Practice part is divide in two chapters. First part is simulation of transport route if we reduce number of distribution centers and second part is analysis of comprehensive logistic costs for each simulation and finding the most proper solution for explicit company.
