Title:POŠKODBE PRI LOVU IN USPOSOBLJENOST LOVCEV PRI NUDENJU PRVE POMOČI

Abstract:Izhodišča: Poškodbe pri lovu, kot so zlomi, zvini, izpahi, strelne rane, krvavitve, ugrizi in piki živali, poškodbe zaradi mraza ter opekline, so zelo pogoste. Obvladovanje ukrepov prve pomoči pri takih poškodbah je nujno potrebno in obvezno znanje vsakega lovca. Pomemben je pravilen pristop k poškodovancu in klic službe nujne medicinske pomoči. Vsebine lovskega izobraževanja morajo vključevati tudi nudenje prve pomoči, varnega rokovanja z orožjem ter varnostnih ukrepov na lovu. Metodologija: Namen raziskave je preveriti znanje o prvi pomoči med lovci. Podatki so zbrani s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, ki vsebuje vprašanja o poznavanju postopkov nudenja prve pomoči. Rezultati: Ugotavljamo skromno znanje lovcev na tem področju. Hkrati pa je potreba po znanju in izobraževanju s področja nudenja prve pomoči med lovci izjemna. Diskusija in zaključek: Predlagamo, da se uvedejo obnovitveni tečaji med lovci najmanj enkrat na obdobje dveh let, ki bi pripomogli k boljšemu poznavanju osnov nudenja prve pomoči in s tem lažjemu reševanju situacij ob morebitnih poškodbah.

Title:HUNTING INJURIES AND HUNTERS´ SKILLS IN PROVIDING FIRST AID
Abstract:Basics: Injuries, such as fractures, sprains, luxations, shot wounds, bleeding, bites and stings of animals, injuries due to cold and burns are frequent in hunting. Knowing the measures of first aid for such injuries is necessary and mandatory knowledge of each of the hunter. Correct approach to injured person and the call to emergency medical assistance are very important. Contents of hunting education must also include the provision of first aid, safe handling of weapons and security measures on the prowl. Methodology: The purpose of the research is to test the knowledge of first aid among the hunters. Data were collected with a survey, which contains questions on knowledge of the procedures to render first aid. Results: We see a modest knowledge of hunters from the field of the provision of first aid. At the same time, however, the need for knowledge and education with the field of the provision of first aid among hunters is exceptional. Discussion and conclusion: I suggest to introduce the recovery rates from the provision of first aid among the hunters at least once in a period of two years, which would contribute to the better understanding of the basics of the provision of first aid and thus make it easier to resolve situations at the potential injuries.
