Title:ANALIZA KMETIJSTVA V OBČINI ŽETALE IN MOŽNOSTI ZA RAZVOJ EKOLOŠKEGA KMETIJSTVA

Abstract:V magistrskem delu je bila izvedena analiza kmetijskih gospodarstev v občini Žetale, ki so v letu 2012 oddala zbirno vlogo na Agencijo Republike Slovenije za kmetijske trge in razvoj podeželja za neposredna plačila v kmetijstvu. Raziskava glede možnosti uvedbe ekološkega kmetijstva je bila izvedena na podlagi podatkov Statističnega urada Slovenije o popisu kmetijskih gospodarstev leta 2010 za občino Žetale, iz katerega je razvidno zmanjševanje števila kmetijskih gospodarstev in zmanjšanja števila prebivalstva v občini. Upravičenost uvedbe ekološkega kmetijstva je bila raziskovana za dve vzorčni kmetiji iz območja občine Žetale, ki se nahajata na območju z omejenimi dejavniki in delno v območju NATURA 2000. Za oceno ekonomske upravičenosti kmetijske pridelave za obe vzorčni kmetiji je bil razvit preusmeritveni načrt in tehnološko-ekonomski simulacijski model s pripadajočimi kalkulacijami skupnih stroškov. S pomočjo razvitih tehnološko-ekonomskih simulacijskih modelov je bila izvedena ocena ekonomske upravičenosti ali neupravičenosti kmetijske pridelave v času preusmeritve iz konvencionalne v ekološko pridelavo. Ocenjeni so bili stroški pridelave in vrednost pridelave za posamezno vzorčno kmetijo skozi celotno obdobje preusmeritve. Rezultati raziskav so za obe vzorčni kmetiji pokazali, da v fazi preusmeritve vrednost pridelave pade in je finančni rezultat negativen. Pri vzorčni kmetiji Plajnšek se finančni rezultat že v tretjem letu močno dvigne in se v ekološki reji še zviša, saj je vrednost pridelave v ekološki reji 20.612,10 € in tako koeficient ekonomičnosti že 1,41. Vzorčni kmetiji Štajnberger konvencionalni način kmetovanja ne prinaša pozitivnih finančnih rezultatov. Vrednost pridelave prvo in drugo leto preusmeritve sicer rahlo pade, vendar se v ekološki reji dvigne in kljub temu, da ne dosežemo več vrednosti pridelave iz konvencionalne reje, je koeficient ekonomičnosti zaradi znižanja stroškov pridelave že 1,30.

Title:ANALYSIS OF AGRICULTURE IN MUNICIPALITY ŽETALE AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANIC FARMING
Abstract:In the master's thesis an analysis of agricultural holdings in the Municipality of Žetale was carried out, which in 2012 handed in multiple application for direct payments in agriculture at the Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Agricultural Markets and Rural Development. The study regarding the possibility of introducing organic farming was carried out on the basis of data of the Statistical Office of Slovenia on the Agricultural Census in 2010 for the Municipality of Žetale, which shows the reduction in the number of agricultural holdings and reduction the number of population in the municipality. The eligibility of the introduction of organic farming has been studied for two model farms in the area of the Municipality of Žetale, which are located in the area with limited factors and partly in the area of NATURA 2000. In order to assess the economic eligibility of agricultural production for both model farms a conversion plan and technology-economic simulation model with corresponding calculations of the total costs were developed. With the help of advanced technology-economic simulation models economic eligibility or ineligibility of agricultural production during the conversion from conventional to organic production has been evaluated. The costs of production and value of production for each model farm throughout the conversion period were estimated. The results of the research for both model farms showed that in the phase of conversion the value of production falls and the financial result is negative. In the model farm Plajnšek the financial result in the third year rises significantly and in the organic rearing it increases even more, as the value of production in organic rearing is € 20,612.10 and thus the coefficient of economics is 1.41. For the model farm Štajnberger the conventional farming method does not bring positive financial results. The production value of the first and second year of conversion decreases slightly, but in organic farming it increases, and despite the fact that we do not achieve more production value from conventional breeding, due to a reduction in costs of production, the coefficient of economics is 1.30.
