Keywords:slovenski jezik, dialektologija, panonska narečna skupina, slovenskogoriško narečje, besedje za hišo in gospodarska poslopja.

Title:Vocabulary selected Slovene Hills dialects for house and agricultural buildings according to the Questionnaire for the Slovenian Linguistic Atlas
Abstract:The diploma thesis entitled Vocabulary selected Slovene Hills dialects for the house and agricultural buildings according to the Questionnaire for the Slovenian Linguistic Atlas includes geographical and historical information on places where a research has been conducted by means of the Questionnaire for the Slovenian Linguistic Atlas (SLA). The Questionnaire is comprised of 184 questions and is divided into two thematic fields. The research was based on studying and comparing of vocabulary in five villages: Nasova, Lešane, Lomanoše, Plitvički Vrh and Spodnja Ščavnica. These villages were chosen according to their location: either on or close to the plain Apaško polje, however, due to various historical factors it proves very difficult to find native speakers. Therefore, the research focused on the outskirts. Following the geographical and historical details is the main part of the thesis, namely the analysis of vocabulary gathered by interviewers working in the above-mentioned villages. The data has been recorded and written in phonetic notation. It was then analysed and compared. The tongues spoken in villages where interviews were held belong to the eastern Slovenske Gorice dialect which is a part of the Pannonian dialect group. There are words with which merely the elderly are familiar. As a result of immigration and closeness to the border with Austria there are many Germanisms in the vocabulary.
Keywords:Slovene, dialectology, vocabulary, Pannonian dialectal group, the Slovenske Gorice dialect group, vocabulary for the house and agricultural buildings.
