Abstract:V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena programska rešitev za zasebno radiološko ambulanto Specialistične Zdravstvene Dejavnosti, Jerica Rupar Avsenik s.p., izdelana v programskem jeziku Microsoft Visual Basic 2010. V primerjavi z ročnim izpolnjevanjem tabel, iskanjem zabeleženih datumov in sledenjem zaporednih številk izstavljenih računov je takšen postopek mnogo prijaznejši do uporabnika.

Title:APPLICATION FOR PRIVATE RADIOLOGY PRACTICE
Abstract:This bachelor thesis describes a computer application for a private radiology practice Specialised Health Care Services, Jerica Rupar Avsenik. s.p. It was written in a programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 2010. Application has three major functions; firstly, writing a radiological report, secondly, composing an invoice, and thirdly, maintaining a record of business travel expenses. In comparison to using a text editing application and manually inputing the relevant data, the application allows to create all those documents in a much simpler and faster fashion with a considerably lower occurence of mistakes. The main advantages of the application when writing radiological reports are the integrated templates which are used after an x-ray examination or an ultrasound scan, and a utilisation of a step-by-step process which prevents the user to skip a necessary input or to select an inappropriate format. Sequential files are used to store all the necessary information, such as numbers of written reports, time, and location, and that gives us an option to very easily compose invoices and lists of recorded business travel expenses. All one has to do is set the basic parameters such as time frame and client, and the rest is done automatically. Compared to searching for notes with relevant dates and manually writting the information into tables, our application offers a much more user-friendly experience.
