Abstract:
V skrbi za okolje je potrebno varčevanje z energijo in naravnimi dobrinami. Kljub razmeroma novi gradnji stanovanjske hiše smo se hipotetično odločili za njeno popolno energetsko sanacijo. S pomočjo računalniškega programa smo izdelali izračunano energetsko izkaznico ter na osnovi realne porabe energentov v zadnjih treh zaključenih letih merjeno energetsko izkaznico. Rezultati so bili pričakovano dobri, vendar smo se skladno s potrebami učinkovite rabe energije odločili, da s sanacijo objekta izboljšamo energetske kazalnike. V zaključnem delu smo izvedli vse potrebne korake za učinkovitejšo rabo enegije in s pomočjo popolne sanacije stanovanjske hiše energetske kazalnike izboljšali za skoraj 40 odstotkov.

Title:
FULL RECONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTAL HOUSE BUILT IN 2006
Abstract:
Caring for the environment is necessary to save energy and natural resources. Despite being relatively recently constructed, we decided to hypothetically energetically reconstruct a residential house. With some help of a computer program we made the calculated energy performance certificate and on the basis of real consumption of energy in the last three completed years, a measured energy performance certificate. The results were good as expected, but with regard to the needs of efficient use of energy, we decided to improve the energy indicators through the rehabilitation of the facility. In the end we performed all the necessary steps for the efficient use of energy and through a complete rehabilitation of the residential building, the energy indicators improved by almost 40 percent.
