Abstract:
V prispevku smo proučili modele razvoja podjetja ter analizirali tipske značilnosti podjetja in menedžment na primeru trgovskega podjetja JI&MI, d. o.o. Za podjetje smo s pomočjo izbrane metode določili življenjsko fazo ter ugotovili doseženo stopnjo njegove dinamičnosti. Le s potrebno dinamičnostjo in (tržnim) prilagajanjem bo proučevano podjetje tudi v prihodnje uspešno.

Enterprise development and management characteristics: case study illustration
Abstract:
The paper investigates enterprise development models and analyses typical characteristic of enterprise and management based on the case of trade enterprise JI&MI, d.o.o. Using the selected method, we determined the phase of the life cycle of this company and assessed achieved level of dynamics. The observed enterprise will remain successful in the future only with required dynamics and (market) adjustment.
