Abstract:
Strateška uporaba marketinških znanj je povzročila njihovo uveljavljanje tudi na posebnih trgih organizacij - na njihovih internih (notranjih) trgih. Ker gre za relativno svežo usmeritev, je za znanstveno utemeljevanje njene uporabnosti potrebnih veliko empiričnih preverjanj in ugotavljanj. Zato da bi prispevala k nastajajočemu znanju na tem obetavnem in zanimivem področju za izboljšanje uspešnosti menedžmenta v organizacijah, sta se avtorja lotila raziskave odnosa med stopnjo konkuriranja v zunanjem okolju dveh značilnih vrst organizacij v Sloveniji in njihovo uporabo aktivnosti internega marketinga.

Abstract:
The strategic usage of marketing knowledge caused using this knowledge on a particular organisations' markets - on theirs internal markets. Because this in one of the newest orientations it need a lot of empirical verifying. To contribute to this new, interesting and promising field of knowledge for improving the succesfulness the management in organisations, the authors researched the relationship between the level of competitiveness of the external environment of the organisations in Slovenia and theirs usage of the internal marketing activities.
