Title:Tehnično varovanje poslovnih objektov : diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Varnost in policijsko delo

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je obravnavana tema varovanja poslovnih objektov z različnimi sistemi za tehnično varovanje, ki skupaj s hitrim in strokovnim posredovanjem ob alarmnem signalu zagotavljajo primerno varnost ljudi in premoženja. Sistemi za tehnično varovanje so vgrajeni v varovanem objektu in preko prenosnega sistema opozorijo varnostno nadzorni center zasebnega varnostnega podjetja o spremenjenem stanju, ki so ga lahko povzročili vsiljivec, požar in puščanje vode ali plina. Delo je razdeljeno na več poglavij. Na začetku so prikazana najpogostejša kazniva dejanja, ki ogrožajo varnost v poslovnih objektih, in statistični podatki kaznivih dejanj zoper premoženje. Sledi pravna podlaga, ki je pomembna pri izvedbi tehničnega varovanja na poslovnem objektu, za tem pa je prikazano varovanje poslovnega objekta, fizično varovanje ter podrobni opisi sistemov protivlomnega varovanja, protipožarnega varovanja, sistem video nadzora, pristopne kontrole, mehanske zaščite, sistemi za detekcijsko merjenje gorljivih in strupenih plinov ter varnostno nadzorni center in njegova intervencija. Sledi opis primera varnostno organizacijske rešitve poslovnega objekta. V zaključku je podano preverjanje predpostavk in priporočila za večjo varnost poslovnih objektov.

Title:Technical security of business facilities
Abstract:The thesis discuses the subject of protection of business facilities with different technical protection systems, which, together with prompt expert intervention on alarm signal, assure adequate security of people and property. Technical protection systems are installed in protected facility, alerting through transmissible system the security control centre of a private security company about changed condition that could be caused by an intruder, fire, water of gas leak. The thesis is divided into several chapters. The beginning describes the most frequent criminal offences threatening the security within business premises, and statistical data on criminal offences against property. This is followed by legal grounds, being an important aspect when executing technical protection on business facilities. Afterwards is discussed the protection of business facility, physical protection, and in detail described anti-burglary protection systems, fire fighting protection, video surveillance systems, approach controls, mechanical protections, flammable and poisonous gases detection-measuring systems, and security control centre and its intervention. Following is a description of a business facility security-organizing solution example. In the conclusion is conducted verification of suppositions and recommendations for a greater safety of business facilities.
