Abstract:
Projektna naloga obravnava prenovo obstoječe enodružinske hiše iz 90-ih let. Zajeti so vidiki in pristopi trajnostne prenove, ki tekom analize obstoječega stanja podajajo novo podobo objekta. Prenova je s pomočjo dogradnje in adaptacije usmerjena k ustvaritvi funkcionalno, ekonomično in vizualno privlačnejše arhitekture, ki bo povečala ugodje in kvaliteto bivanja.

Title:
Renovation of type residential building
Abstract:
This project deals with the renovation of an existing family house from 90's. It includes aspects and approaches of sustainable renovation, which provides a new image of the object through analysis of the current situation, and is using buildout and adaptation to create a functional, economical and visually attractive architecture aiming at increasing the comfort and quality of life.
