Abstract:
Projektna naloga obravnava območje med Strossmayerjevo in Gospejno ulico v Mariboru. Izdelana je idejna zasnova študentskega doma za študentske družine. V prvem delu so predstavljeni kratka zgodovina Maribora, urbanistična zasnova mesta in študentski domovi v mestu. Sledijo analize referenčnih primerov študentskih domov in analiza obravnavanega območja z razlago idejne zasnove študentskega domova.

Conceptual Design of Student Housing for Student Families on Strossmayer Street
Abstract:
Project deals with the area between Strossmayerjeva nad Gospejna street in Maribor. The design is made as the concept of student dorms for student families. The first part of the thesis consists of short overview of Maribor history, urbanistic design of Maribor and student dorms in the city. Project then proceeds with the analysis of the reference examples of student dorms, analysis of the area and finally the analysis of the conceptual design of student dorm building.
