Abstract:	Vsako podjetje, ki se ukvarja s proizvodi, ima že v osnovi načrtovane proizvodne, prevozne in skladiščne procese. Stroški pa so tisti kriterij, ki prikažejo uspešnost podjetja. V današnjih časih, kjer je na trgu velika konkurenca in tudi proizvodnja poteka v masovnih količinah, uspejo samo podjetja, ki z minimalnimi stroški dosežejo maksimalen dobiček. Ob dosegi tega cilja pa pogosto naletijo na problematiko prevoznih procesov. Prevozni proces poteka že od proizvodnje blaga, pa vse do končnega uporabnika (kupca). Je proces, ki ima najmočnejši vpliv na proizvod in tudi močan vpliv na končno ceno. Eno takšnih podjetij, ki se ukvarja s čedalje večjo količino proizvodov, je podjetje slovenski trgovec. Slovensko trgovsko podjetje ima svoje centralno skladišče, od koder oskrbuje svoje centre z vsakodnevnimi proizvodi. Problematika prevoznih procesov je že prisotna od vsega začetka ustanovitve podjetja. Te težave nekako usklajujejo in jih dnevno tudi odpravljajo. Dodatne težave pa so se pojavile in se tudi večajo s količino blaga. Količina blaga se veča, posledično pa se zvišuje tudi količina zalog.

Title:	PROBLEMS OF TRANSPORT PROCESSES IN THE CENTRAL WAREHOUSE OF SLOVENIAN TRADE COMPANIE
Abstract:	Any company, which deals with products, has planned production, transport, and storage processes. Costs are those criteria, which display the success of the company. Nowadays, because of the market competition and because the production is done in mass amounts, only companies that can produce maximum profits with minimum cost, can succeed. In order to achieve this goal, they often encounter problems with transport processes. The transport process has been underway for the production of the goods, all the way to the end-user (customer). This is a process that has the strongest impact on the product, as well as a strong influence on the final price. One of such companies, which deals with an increasingly large amount of products, is the company Slovenian retailer. The Slovenian trade company has its central warehouse, from where it supplies its centres with everyday products. The problem of transport processes has been present from the very beginning of establishment. They are trying to coordinate this problem and eliminate it on an everyday basis. Additional problems have emerged with larger quantity. The quantity of goods is growing and therefore increasing the amount of the stock.
