Title:Analiza potencialov ponudbe ekoloških živil na območju gorenjske

Abstract:Povpraševanje po ekološko pridelanih živilih se iz leta v leto povečuje, medtem ko domača ponudba krepko zaostaja. V diplomskem delu smo analizirali razmere ponudbe ekološke pridelave in načine trženja ekoloških živil na območju Gorenjske. Analizo smo opravili s terenskim obiskom ekoloških kmetij ter anketnim razgovorom s kmetovalci. V vzorcu raziskave smo zajeli 35 %, oz. 80 od 228-tih ekoloških kmetij na območju delovanja KGZS Kranj - evidentiranih v letu 2013. Ugotovili smo, da kar 87,5 % anketiranih ekoloških kmetij trži presežke pridelave. Med vprašanimi, si 50 % ekoloških kmetovalcev želi v prihodnosti še razširiti obstoječo ponudbo na svoji kmetiji. Več kot polovica (61,25 %) jih je tudi mnenja, da večjih količin pridelkov ne bi bilo težko prodati. V raziskavi smo tudi jasno zaznali željo in potrebo kmetov po izboljšanju sodelovanja s strokovnimi službami, predvsem na področju svetovanja v praksi in pomoči pri administrativnih postopkih.

Title:Analysis of supply organic food potentials in the Gorenjska area
Abstract:A demand for organically produced foodstuffs grows steadily, while a domestic supply is stated to be far behind. In this thesis, we analyzed a situation of an organic production supply, as well as marketing activities linked to organic foodstuffs in the Gorenjska region. The analysis was conducted through field visits of organic farms and the survey interviews with organic farmers. In a sample survey, we captured 35 %, respectively 80 out of 228 organic farms in the area of the Chamber of Agriculture and Forestry Kranj - recorded in 2013. It was found out that 87.5 % of the surveyed organic farms marketed their surplus production. Among the respondents, 50 % of the organic farmers planned to further expand an existing supply on their farms. More than half of them (61,25%) were also of the opinion that larger quantities of crops would not be difficult to sell. The results of the survey analysis also clearly demonstrated the desire and the need of farmers to improve cooperation with the advisory services, particularly in consulting practice and assistance in administrative procedures.
