Abstract:Razvoj tehnologije in vsakodnevna uporaba interneta sta dejavnika, ki sta najbolj vplivala na razvoj spletnega anketiranja.

Abstract:The development of technology and daily use of the Internet are the factors that mostly influenced the development of the Web-based surveying. A Web-based survey is filled out without presence of an interviewer, and it’s made in a web tool which is accessible on the Internet. Prepared and designed can be by anyone with basic computer knowledge. Interviewees receive an invitation to participate, and they can fill out a web-based survey any time that suits them. The thesis project is composed of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part is presented the development of Web-based surveys, characteristics of Web research, principles at making Web-based surveys, and design of the Web-based questionnaire. In detail are discussed errors which may occur, and advantages and disadvantages of Web-based surveying. The theoretical part discusses the Web tools 1KA and Google, which are accessible free of charge. Survey of customer satisfaction with accounting services, which was acquired of the Web page of the Economic Chamber of the Republic of Slovenia, helped us to show types of questions supported by the Web tools 1KA and Google. We’ve proven that Web-based surveys can be used also in connection with accounting. At the end of the thesis is a comparison of the used Web tools.
