Abstract:	Anketiranje je pomemben način pridobivanja primarnih podatkov v raziskavah. Anketne podatke lahko pridobimo na različne načine, ki so se razvili z razvojem tehnologije. Poleg izbire ustreznega načina izvajanja ankete, je potrebna dobra sestava vprašalnika. Pri sestavi vprašalnika moramo biti pozorni na vrsto značilnosti oziroma dejavnikov, saj je med drugim pomembno tudi, da pridobimo zanimanje morebitnih anketirancev za reševanje ankete. Diplomski projekt je sestavljen iz dveh delov. V prvem delu smo predstavili zgodovino anketiranja, vrste anketnih vprašanja, možne načine s katerimi lahko izvajamo anketiranje. Za vsakega od načinov zbiranja podatkov smo zapisali prednosti in slabosti. Podrobneje smo raziskali tudi obliko anketnih vprašanj ter dejavnike, ki vplivajo na sestavo dobrega anketnega vprašalnika. V drugem delu diplomskega projekta smo analizirali že sestavljen anketni vprašalnik, ki je bil namenjen raziskavi zadovoljstva strank z izbranim računovodskim servisom. V njem smo podrobneje analizirali kakovost zastavljenih vprašanj ter podali predloge za izboljšavo zapisanih vprašanj. V tem delu nam je bilo v pomoč znanje, ki smo ga pridobili v prvem delu diplomskega projekta s pomočjo ustrezne strokovne literature.

Title:	Comparative quality analysis of gathered primary data: accounting research case study
Abstract:	Survey is an important tool for primary data collection in several researches. Surveys can be gathered in various ways, which have developed with the evolution of technologies. Not only choosing the best method of conducting the survey, but also a good composition of the questionnaire is needed. When composing a questionnaire, attention should be paid to several different aspects and influencing factors because it is important, among others, to make the survey interesting for possible interviewees. This project paper is composed of two parts. In the first part the history of survey, the types of survey questions and different ways of conducting surveys are presented. There are advantages and disadvantages listed for each of the ways of gathering information. The form of survey questions and factors that influence the composition of a good survey questionnaire were also explored in greater depth. In the second part of the project paper the already composed survey questionnaire intended to survey how costumers are satisfied with the work of the chosen accounting firm was analysed. The quality of survey questions was further analysed in the second part and proposals were given to improve the written questions. Knowledge acquired through adequate specialised literature which was used to compose the first part of project paper was of great help also in the second part.
