Abstract:
Železniški promet je v današnjem času ena izmed najbolj varnih oblik prometa v Sloveniji. Da bi povečali število uporabnikov v železniškem prometu in izboljšali kakovost prevoza potnikov, je potrebno izboljšati kakovost železniške infrastrukture. V diplomskem delu smo najprej na splošno predstavili železniško postajo v Murski Soboti in standard kakovosti. V nadaljevanju smo opisali rekonstrukcijo železniške postaje oziroma njeno prejšnje in današnje stanje nato pa predstavili prednosti in slabosti celotne rekonstrukcije. V praktičnem delu diplomskega dela smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika pridobili informacije s strani uporabnikov v Murski Soboti, in sicer smo ugotavljali vpliv nove železniške postaje na kakovost prometne storitve.

Title:
The impact of the new railway station in Murska Sobota on the quality of transport service
Abstract:
Rail transport is today one of the safety modes of transport in Slovenia. To increase the number of users of railway and improve the quality of passenger transport is necessary to improve the quality of infrastructure. In this thesis, we first present the general railway station in Murska Sobota and standard quality. Below we describe the reconstruction of the railway station, which contains the status of the earlier railway station and today. Then we presented the advantages and disadvantages of total reconstruction. In the practical part of the thesis we used a questionnaire to obtain detailed information from the users in Murska Sobota, where the influence of the new train station on the quality of passengers.
