Abstract:Ena izmed strateško najpomembnejših področij poslovanja podjetja je postalo nabavno poslovanje, temelj njegove uspešne in učinkovite oskrbe pa oskrbna veriga.

Operations include a growing number of participants who implement and manage an increasing number of activities and therefore contribute to the realization of the supply chain goals as a whole. Supply chain management has become a major managerial discipline, which is responsible for the efficiency and quality of relations between its participants, whereas the leaders face the greatest challenge to reach good and effective relations based on cooperation, partnership, networking and trust. One of such companies is s.Oliver S L O who strive towards a well-organized supply chain, since this brings them a competitive advantage over other textile-clothing industry. The purpose of the project is to assess the current strategy of the supply chain and to establish an improved model that will eliminate the deficiencies and take advantage of the existing system.
