Abstract:	Danes se zaradi vpliva globalizacije srečujemo s trendom povečanja kriminalitete. Nekateri od glavnih vzrokov za to so socialna neenakost, družbena percepcija glede nedelovanja pravne države, brezposelnost in visoki dokazni standardi za dokazovanje krivde kaznivega dejanja. Zaradi tega so večji poslovni subjekti, ki imajo razvejano dejavnost z zelo veliko zaposlenimi, izjemno ogroženi in posledično ocenjeni z velikim tveganjem. Eden izmed takšnih poslovnih subjektov v Sloveniji je Pošta Slovenije, ki deluje v izjemno širokem obsegu, saj zajema 525 pošt in ima eno milijardo opravljenih storitev letno. Ob univerzalnih poštnih in kurirskih storitvah se podjetje ukvarja še z denarno storitvijo in prodajo blaga. V uvedbo varnostnih sistemov, ki varujejo tako podjetje kot njihove zaposlene pred različnimi grožnjami tretjih oseb, zaposlenih samih in zunanjih partnerjev, je potrebno vložiti veliko strokovnega znanja pa tudi finančnih sredstev. V Pošti Slovenije je elementov ogrožanja veliko, zato je varnostno tveganje podjetja visoko. To odraža tudi statistika višine škode zaradi ropov poštnih poslovalnic, poštnih vozil, pismonoš in število vlomov v objekte pošte. Višina škode namreč narašča. Zaradi tega ima podjetje iz leta v leto sodobnejši varnostni sistem, investicije v varnostni sistem pa zadnja leta nenehno naraščajo. Pri uvedbi novega varnostnega sistema je izjemno pomembno, da so zaposleni v podjetju z varnostnim sistemom seznanjeni in ga razumejo. Prav tako je pomembno njihovo zadovoljstvo in to, da zaposleni varnostni sistem dojemajo kot prednost, ne kot vdor v njihovo zasebnost in oviro pri opravljanju delovnih nalog.

Title:	SATISFACTION OF EMPLOYEES WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW SECURITY SYSTEMS IN POŠTA SLOVENIJE
Abstract:	Today, due to the impact of globalization we are faced with the trend of increasing crime. Some of the main reasons for this are social inequality, social perception about the lack of rule of law, unemployment and high evidentiary standards to prove the guilt of the offense. As a result, larger business entities that have extensive business with a very large staff are extremely compromised and subsequently assessed as high risk. One such business entity in Slovenia is the Slovenian Post, which operates in an extremely wide range, as it covers 525 post offices and has one billion services annually. At the universal postal and courier services, the company is engaged in further monetary service and sale of goods. Into introduction of safety systems that protect both businesses and their employees from various threats from third parties, the employees themselves and external partners, the companies need to invest a lot of expertise as well as financial resources. The Post of Slovenia has a lot of elements of threat; therefore security risk of the company is high. This is also reflected through statistic of amount of damage due to robbery of postal offices, postal vehicles, postmen and the number of burglaries in the mail facilities. The amount of damage is increasing. For this reason, the company has from year to year more up-to-date security system and investments in the security system in recent years are constantly increasing. When introducing new safety system it is extremely important that the company's employees are familiar with it and understand it. Also important is the satisfaction of the employees and that the security system is perceived as an advantage, not as an invasion of their privacy and an obstacle to the performance of their duties.
