Abstract:	Ugotavljanje stroškovne vrednosti učinkov na podlagi življenjskega cikla oziroma stroškov v življenjskem ciklu učinka pridobiva na pomenu, saj je načrtovanje in ocenjevanje stroškov pomembno, sploh če imamo v mislih večje investicije. Metoda ugotavljanja stroškovne vrednosti učinkov na podlagi življenjskega cikla je namenjena ocenjevanju in načrtovanju stroškov, pomembna pa je tudi pri odločanju med različnimi alternativami. V večini evropskih držav, tudi pri nas, analiza LCC ni v širši uporabi. Metoda je uporabna na različnih področjih, na primer pri javnem naročanju, pri prenovi stavb in načrtovanju novogradenj, pri energetiki, pri železniškem prometu. Na podlagi številne literature lahko trdimo, da se metoda uporablja v različnih dejavnostih.

Title:	Product Life Cycle Costing
Abstract:	Evaluation of Life Cycle Costing is gaining its importance since planning and evaluating the costs is important, especially if we are talking about bigger investments. The method of determining the cost value on the basis of life cycle of the product is designed to assess and plan the costs and is also important at evaluating different alternatives. In the majority of European countries, also with us, the analysis is not in wider use. The method is useful in many areas, such as public procurement, the renovation of buildings and the design of new buildings, in energetics, rail transport and many others. We can, on the basis of wide literature, proclaim that the method is used in many different activities.
