Abstract:
V magistrskem delu smo raziskovali vpliv konfliktov na varnost zaposlitve. Ogrožena varnost zaposlitve pomeni negotovost na delovnem mestu zaradi možne odpovedi delovnega razmerja. Zanimalo nas je predvsem, kakšno mnenje imajo zaposleni v podjetju X glede vpliva konfliktov na varnost zaposlitve, kako pogosto se s konflikti srečujejo in kakšne posledice ti lahko povzročijo.

INFLUENCE OF CONFLICTS ON SAFETY OF EMPLOYMENT IN A COMPANY X
Abstract:
The aim of the Master thesis has been to research the impact of conflicts on the safety of employment. Endangered safety of employment is the uncertainty at the work place due to the possibility of termination. The thesis deals with the question of how the employees think conflict impact the safety of keeping their jobs, how often they are brought into conflicts with their co-workers and what kind of consequences can conflicts cause.
