Abstract:Deželo vzhajajočega sonca danes smatramo kot tehnološko izjemno razvito državo. Prepletanje starega in novega velikokrat prinese konflikt.

Title:Cultural impact of japanese management
Abstract:The land of the rising sun is today considered as one of the most technological advanced countries in the world. When people hear about Japan, first thing that many imagine are robotes or some products of world-wide known Japan's corporations. It's tehnological sophistication and sudden rapid development after the second world war, interests manny economic experts and there was also a lot of studies written about the key to succses of the country, wich came out of the world war with almost entirely destroyed infrastructure. Japanese culture was shaped through centuries of isolation. Because of this there were formed specific national values, wich are still deeply connected to japanese society. All this has lead us to the question of how much of cultural impact is today present in japanese bussines, especially in the japanese management. This fusion of old and new has many times in the history resulted in conflicts and war. Japan has the same problems in the past but they delt with it and managed to took the best components out of both, so that they solved the problems of new with the old one and the problems of the old with the values of the modern world. Evidence of this can be seen in advanced development of today's country of Japan.
Keywords:Japan, culture, management, collectivity, values.
