Abstract:
Predstavljen je koncept stroja za gravitacijsko litje in postopek litja na tem stroju. Stroj je namenjen za izdelavo litih aluminijastih izdelkov. Konceptualna ideja je, da stroj postavimo v masno težišče in ga nagibamo s pomočjo servomotorja. To nam zmanjša potrebno energijo za nagibanje stroja, obenem omogoča nagibanje stroja med nalivanjem. Pri izdelavi koncepta smo uporabljali programa Autodesk Inventor in Ausotesk Showcase.

Title:
Casting gravity machine conceiving
Abstract:
The concept of the gravity casting machine and process of casting are presented. The machine is intended for the casting of cast aluminium products. The conceptual idea is that the rotation centre of the machine is located in the canter of gravity and it is tilted by a servo motor. This allows reducing the energy required to tilt the machine and at the same time allow us to tilt the machine during refuelling. For the concept phase the Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Showcase are used.
