Title:TIMSKO DELO V POSLOVALNICAH PODJETJA SI.MOBIL D.D.

Abstract:Magistrska naloga obsega predstavitev timskega dela. Razdeljena je na teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu smo opisali timsko delo, karakteristike timov ter prikazali konkretno delovanje timskega dela v podjetju Si.mobil d.d. Podali smo primerjavo med skupino in timom, opredelili vrste timov in vloge v timu, razpravljali o vlogah vodje, pomenu motivacije in seznanjenosti s cilji. Odgovorili smo na vprašanje kdaj in zakaj uvesti timsko delo, kakšne time poznamo ter kakšne vloge imajo lahko posamezniki v timu. Spoznali smo tudi, da je komunikacija pomemben element za uspešno delovanje tima. V praktičnem delu smo analizirali delovanje tima v poslovalnicah podjetja Si.mobil. Opisali smo, kako poteka timsko delo, kakšen je potek komunikacije, kakšno je razumevanje vlog v timu ter kako izobrazba vpliva na razumevanje timskih ciljev. Prav tako smo ocenili, kakšna je uspešnost posameznih timov. Poskušali smo ugotoviti, če zaposleni ločijo pojma skupina in tim oz. timsko delo in ali vedo, v kateri fazi razvoja se nahaja njihov tim. Glede na rezultate raziskave smo izdelali še model uspešnega delovanja timov za podjetje Si.mobil.

Title:TEAM WORK IN BRANCH OFFICES OF THE COMPANY SI.MOBIL D.D.
Abstract:Master thesis includes the presentation of teamwork. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part we described the teamwork and the characteristics of teams and showed the actual operation of teamwork in the company Si.mobil d.d. We made a comparison between a group and a team, identified types of teams and roles within a team and discussed the roles of leaders, importance of motivation and awareness of the objectives. We answered the question when and why the teamwork should be introduced, what kind of teams do we know and what roles individuals can have in a team. We also learned the importance of communication for a team to work successfully. In the practical part we analyzed the operation of the team in the branch offices of the company Si.mobil. We described how the team works, what is the course of communication, the understanding of roles in team and how education affects the understanding of team goals. We also assessed the successfulness of individual teams. We tried to figure out if employees can determinate the difference between terms “group” and “team” or “teamwork” and whether they know at what stage of development their team is. According to the survey results, we created a model of successful operation of teams for the company Si.mobil.
