Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je obravnavana problematika zaposlitve invalidnih oseb in ergonomsko oblikovanje delovnih mest za invalidne osebe, s katerim omogočimo prijaznejše in bolj zdravo delovno okolje. Delovna mesta so bila ustvarjena za pilotni projekt v sklopu projekta ERGO WORK. Opisan je postopek analize delovnih mest z metodo Ovako Working Analysis System in s programskim paketom Jack 7.0. Diplomsko delo zajema tudi analizo delovnega okolja in izračun metabolizma oz. porabe energije za vsakega delavca. Analizi sledi optimizacija delovnih mest, ki je prilagojena vsakemu posamezniku.

Title:
Ergonomic workplace design for people with disabilities in production
Abstract:
The thesis discusses the employment problem of people with disabilities and their ergonomically designed workplaces that help to create a friendlier and healthier working environment. The workplaces were designed for the pilot project within the framework of ERGO WORK project. The procedure of the analysis of workplaces with the method Ovako Working Analysis System and program Jack 7.0 is described. The thesis also encompasses the analysis of the working environment and calculates metabolism or the use of the energy per worker. After the analysis the optimization of workplaces that are adjusted to each individual are described.
