Abstract:	Družinsko podjetje je posebna oblika podjetja in prispeva velik delež k gospodarskemu razvoju posamezne države. Družinska podjetja imajo posebne značilnosti, zaradi katerih imajo edinstven pomen in se ločijo od nedružinskih podjetij Diplomski seminar smo razdelili na dva vsebinska dela, in sicer teoretični in praktični. . V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili družinsko podjetje kot pojem in smo pojasnili njegove splošne značilnosti. Navedli smo njegove prednosti in slabosti na splošno in na podlagi praktičnega primera. V praktičnem delu diplomskega seminarja smo se omejili na eno podjetje, ki ima jasno oblikovano vizijo in je v lasti ene družine. Proučili in predstavili smo njegove prednosti in slabosti ter opisali kadrovsko strukturo, kako so razdeljene funkcije med zaposlenimi in družinskimi člani. Podali smo tudi informacije o premoženju, prihodkih in odhodkih podjetja, ki smo jih dobili iz računovodstva za dve leti nazaj.

Title:	BENEFITS AND DISADVANTAGES OF FAMILY BUSINESS IN THE CASE OF ESPERANCA IN NEIMAR DESIGN D.O.O
Abstract:	Family business represents a special form of companies, and a large share of the economic development in each country. Family businesses have special characteristics which copied the importance of undertaking a unique and distinguished from non-family firms. Graduate seminar is divided into two substantive parts, namely theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part we define concept as a family business and we clarify its general characteristics. Clearly, we cited the advantages and disadvantages of family business in general, and on a practical example. The practical part of the thesis was limited to one company with a clearly formulated vision and is owned by one family The pros and cons exist within that and we describe the staffing of the company. We described how the partial feature among employees and family members. We have given the information on the composition of the assets, revenues and expenses of the company, which was obtained from the accounting officer for two years ago.
