V projektni nalogi je predstavljena idejna zasnova mladinskega kulturnega centra v osrednjem delu Starega Velenja. Idejna rešitev vključuje novo programsko zasnovo stare pekarne ter prenovo trga okoli objekta, kar bi oživilo obstoječ degradiran prostor. Teoretičen del obsega analizo obstoječega stanja, pregled zgodovine Starega Velenja in njegovega pomena pri razvoju mesta Velenje.
