Abstract:Diplomski seminar smo razčlenili na dva dela: teoretični in praktični del.

Title:ENTREPRENEURSHIP CONDITIONS FOR STARTING A NEW COMPANY AT THE CASE OF SLOVENIA AND THE INTERNATIONAL COMPARISON
Abstract:We have broken down this graduate seminar into two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, we firstly get acquainted with the concept of entrepreneurship and its importance. We also get acquainted with key challenges an entrepreneur faces when starting a new business and a brief description of the process start-up and characteristics of entrepreneurship in the early stages. The central theme of this graduate seminar are entrepreneurial terms, which we later in this chapter elaborated. Since companies have to internationalize to enter the foreign market, we have later described the incentives for the international business, the country in which the corporate conditions for international business are the most promising and the country in which they are the least. In the third chapter, we get acquainted with the analysis of entrepreneurial activity and business conditions of the analyzed countries, namely Slovenia, Switzerland, Austria and Italy. We have obtained data on entrepreneurial activity of individual analyzed countries and compared them to early-stage entrepreneurial activity shown in the graphs. Based on the GEM research, which has studied entrepreneurial conditions of different countries, we have shown a table with estimates of business conditions made by national experts in the study countries analyzed and compared with each other. In the fourth chapter, we briefly describe what is the importance of the environment for international business companies and insights, on what the situation is in Slovenia for Slovenian companies that are fleeing abroad. In the practical part, we have made an analysis of business conditions on the basis of Slovenian entrepreneurs who are relocating or expanding their companies abroad. On the basis of articles (interviews) of Slovenian entrepreneurs that started operating in Switzerland, Austria and Italy, we have identified what were the key constraints of domestic law (in this case Slovenia). We have compared these findings from practical part with the theoretical part, in which are given ratings of business conditions for Switzerland, Austria, Italy and Slovenia.
Keywords:entrepreneurship, challenges at startup companies, business conditions, international business companies, stimulation of entrepreneurial conditions for international business, a comparison of entrepreneurial conditions.
