Abstract:	Diplomsko delo obravnava tematiko nasilja nad otrokom v družini. Izpostavlja pomen prepoznavanja nasilja nad otrokom v družini s strani strokovnih delavcev zaposlenih v vrtcih, šolah in zdravstvu ter pomen posredovanja informacije o zaznanem nasilju nad otrokom v družini s strani teh strokovnih delavcev institucijam, ki se ukvarjajo s preprečevanjem in obravnavo nasilja v družini. V diplomskem delu je opisana vloga vladnih in nevladnih institucij pri prepoznavanju in preprečevanju nasilja nad otrokom v družini ter pravna podlaga za njihovo delovanje in medsebojno sodelovanje. Raziskovalni del diplomskega dela je opravljen s tremi strukturiranimi intervjuji in s štirimi pisnimi anketami odprtega tipa strokovnih delavk iz različnih institucij na območju Mestne občine Maribor. S pregledom vseh intervjujev in anket je podana subjektivna ocena pretoka informacij med različnimi institucijami v primeru ugotovitve nasilja nad otrokom v družini, zato ugotovitev ni mogoče splošno vrednotiti.

Title:	PROBLEMS IN THE FLOW OF INFORMATION IN IDENTIFYING VIOLENCE AGAINST CHILDREN IN THE FAMILY
Abstract:	The graduation thesis deals with violence against child in the family. It highlights the importance of recognizing the violence against child by the professional staff employed in kindergartens, schools, and medical institutions. Further, it also highlights the importance of reporting the information about the detected violence against child in the family by the professional staff to the institutions dealing with prevention and treatment of the domestic violence. In the thesis, there is a description of the role of the government and non-governmental institutions in recognizing and preventing the violence against child in the family, as well as a legal basis for their operation and mutual cooperation. The research part of the graduation thesis has been carried out by the three structured interviews and four open-label written questionnaires. The research included the professional staff from various institutions in the area of Municipality of Maribor. Based on the review of all the interviews and questionnaires, a subjective evaluation of the information's flow among the various institutions in the case of establishing the violence against child in the family is presented. Therefore, the findings cannot be generally evaluated.
