Abstract:
V projektni nalogi obravnavamo rekonstrukcijo in dozidavo manjšega objekta iz sedemdesetih let prejšnjega stoletja na kmetiji Hudobnik v občini Prevalje. Cilj naloge je izdelava projekta kakovostne enodružinske hiše z delavnico in prodajalno. Projekt rekonstrukcije in dozidave je izdelan na osnovi opravljene prostorske analize, ob upoštevanju načel tradicionalne koroške arhitekture in trajnostne gradnje. Obsega rekonstrukcijo obstoječega objekta v poslovne prostore za dopolnilno dejavnost na kmetiji in dozidavo stanovanjskega dela.

Title:
Single-family house with a workshop: reconstruction and small house extension
Abstract:
The project paper explores reconstruction and small house extension to the object built in the 70ies at the Hudobnik farm in the Municipality of Prevalje, Lower Carinthia. The objective of this study is to design a highly functional family home with a workshop. The reconstruction and extension project is designed on the basis of spatial analysis and follows the fundamental principles of traditional Carinthian architecture and sustainable construction. The project incorporates both the reconstruction of the existing unit into rooms used for secondary agricultural activities and the extension of the residential part.
