Abstract:	Pisno delo se deli na dva večja sklopa. Prvi sklop zajema teoretično osnovo, drug sklop pa zajema praktični vidik. V prvem poglavju smo predstavili vitkost v logistiki, njeno zgodovino in managerska orodja za podporo vitkosti. Osredotočili smo se predvsem na administrativne procese in vanje poskušali vključiti vitkost. Predstavili smo kakšne izgube obstajajo v upravnem poslovanju in jih primerjali z izgubami v proizvodnji. Dotaknili smo se ravnanja z dokumenti. Opisali smo pet glavnih lastnosti pisarniškega poslovanja oziroma ravnanja z dokumenti. Poglavje smo zaključili s predstavitvijo pomena in vrste embalaže, ki je primerna oziroma se uporablja pri transportu pošiljk. V drugem poglavju smo najprej predstavili podjetje Intereuropa, d. d., in opisali celoten proces prenosa interne pošte. Analizirali smo logistično stanje prenosa interne pošte. Temu je sledila kritična analiza celotnega procesa s posebno osredotočenostjo na vrsto embalaže, ki je namenjena internemu prenosu dokumentacije. Dnevno količino embalaže (v našem primeru kuverte formata A4) smo prikazali v tabelah za obdobje štirih mesecev. V naslednjem poglavju smo predlagali prenovo procesa in rešitve, ki smo jih podprli iz strani finančnega vidika.

Title:	Leanness in administrative process of the internal postal system among the branch offices of a company Intereuropa d.d.
Abstract:	The thesis consists of two major parts. The first part presents the theoretical basis and the second part the practical aspect. In the first chapter we presented the concept of leanness in logistics, its history and managing tools for the support of leanness. We focused particularly on administrative processes and tried to implement leanness into them. We presented losses in administrative processes and compared them with loses in the production. We also discussed paper management. We described five main characteristics of administrative processes or paper management. We concluded the chapter with a presentation of the importance and types of packaging, which is suitable or is being used in the transport of shipments. In the second part we first presented the company Intereuropa d.d. and described the entire process of internal postal transport. We analyzed the logistical state of internal postal transport. This is followed by a critical analysis of the entire process with special focus on the type of the package, which is intended for internal transport of documentation. The daily amount of packaging (in our case A4 envelopes) is presented in tables for a period of four months. In the next chapter we suggested a renewal of the process and financially backed solutions.
