Title:ZDRAVSTVENO VZGOJNI PROGRAM NOSEČNICE Z GESTACIJSKIM DIABETESOM V DIABETOLOŠKI AMBULANTI

Abstract:Teoretična izhodišča: Gestacijski diabetes ali nosečnostna sladkorna bolezen predstavlja velik zdravstveni problem in zahteva velike spremembe v življenju nosečnice. Število nosečnic z gestacijskim diabetesom se iz leta v leto povečuje. Namen diplomskega dela je ugotoviti, ali nosečnice z gestacijskim diabetesom upoštevajo navodila zdravstvenega osebja in ali so dovolj informirane o svoji bolezni. Zanimalo nas je, ali gestacijski diabetes vpliva na kakovost življenja nosečnic. Najpomembnejši cilj pri zdravljenju in zdravstveni vzgoji nosečnic z gestacijskim diabetesom je obdržati vrednost glukoze v krvi v ciljnem območju. Raziskovalna metodologija: Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodologiji. Izvedeno je bilo anketiranje 30 naključno izbranih nosečnic s postavljeno diagnozo gestacijski diabetes, ki so bile zdravljene v diabetološki ambulanti UKC Maribor. Rezultati: Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so nosečnice dobro poučene o gestacijskem diabetesu. 93 % nosečnic navaja, da upošteva nasvete zdravstvenega osebja. Ob odkritju gestacijskega diabetesa se je 93 % nosečnicam, ki so sodelovale v anketi, kakovost življenja spremenila. Med vsemi spremembami so kot največjo težavo navedle samokontrolo glukoze v krvi in načrtovanje obrokov. Sklep: Nosečnica z gestacijskim diabetesom v času nosečnosti informacije išče povsod. Za uspešno izvedbo zdravstveno vzgojnega dela si mora medicinska sestra pridobiti zaupanje nosečnice, da ji lahko svetuje o zdravem življenjskem slogu, samokontroli ter samovodenju. Naloga nosečnice je vsakodnevno upoštevanje nasvetov zdravstvenega osebja, saj s tem preprečijo morebitne neugodne izide nosečnosti.

Title:HEALTH CARE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM OF PREGNANT WOMEN WITH GESTATIONAL DIABETES IN THE DIABETES CLINIC
Abstract:Theoretical background: Gestational diabetes or pregnancy diabetes represents a major health problem and demands major changes in life of a pregnant woman. Number of pregnant women with gestational diabetes increases from year to year. The purpose of the Bachelor's degree is to determine whether pregnant women with gestational diabetes follow the instructions from medical personnel and whether they are sufficiently informed regarding their disease. We wanted to find out whether gestational diabetes effects the quality of life of pregnant women. The most important goal in treatment and health care of pregnant women with gestational diabetes is to keep blood glucose in the objective range. Research methodology: The survey was based on a quantitative methodology. A questionnaire was carried out with 30 randomly selected pregnant women diagnosed with gestational diabetes, who were treated in the diabetes clinic UKC Maribor. Results: The results of a research study showed that pregnant women are well informed about gestational diabetes. 93% of pregnant women state that they take into account the advice from medical staff. Upon detection of gestational diabetes has to 93% of the interviewed pregnant women quality of life changed. The biggest problem of all changes was quoted self-monitoring of blood glucose and planning meals. Conclusion: A pregnant woman with gestational diabetes seeks information everywhere. For successful implementation of health education a nurse needs to gain trust of a pregnant woman, so that she can advise her on a healthy lifestyle, self-control and self-direction. A task of the pregnant woman is a daily consideration of advices from medical staff, because by that they prevent possible adverse pregnancy outcome.
