Abstract:	V magistrskem delu z naslovom Petr Eben in njegov opus skladb za otroški zbor je v teoretičnem delu predstavljeno življenje in delo Petra Ebna, njegova razmišljanja, njegove nagrade in seveda njegovo ustvarjanje. Prav tako v teoretičnem delu je povzet seznam njegovih del. Rastemo s pesmijo, pesem pa z nami je zbirka pesmi za otroški zbor skladatelja Petra Ebna. Vse pesmi omenjene zbirke je v slovenski jezik prepesnil Jože Humer. Celotna slovenska izdaja zajema več zbirk iz skladateljevega ustvarjalnega opusa za otroški zbor. Tukaj so združene zbirke Kaj vse doživiš v enem dnevu, Vesna prihaja, V travi, Radovedne pesmice in Tri jesenske pesmi. Sledi kratka predstavitev prevajalca pesmi v slovenski jezik Jožeta Humra in Otroškega pevskega zbora KUD-a Štefana Romiha Črešnjevec, ki je zbirko izvedel. V empiričnem delu so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave, v katero so bili vključeni pevke in pevci omenjenega zbora. Zanimalo nas je, ali obstajajo razlike med njimi glede na spol in starost ter glede na obiskovanje glasbene šole. Ali se odgovori razlikujejo tudi glede na to, kako dolgo že pojejo v zboru, torej glede na pevski staž? Predvsem nas je zanimalo, kaj jim je bilo najbolj všeč in kaj jim je bilo najtežje pri pesmicah, ki so se jih učili skozi celotno pevsko sezono in jih na koncu predstavili s samostojnim koncertom. Vsa literatura, uporabljena pri izdelavi tega magistrskega dela, je v tujem jeziku: češčini, nemščini in angleščini; zato, upamo, bo ta naloga še dodatno doprinesla k boljšemu poznavanju v svetu dobro znanega skladatelja, kot je Petr Eben, tudi v Sloveniji.

Title:	Petr Eben's Collection of Children Choir Songs
Abstract:	The theoretical part of the Master’s thesis entitled Petr Eben’s Collection of Children Choir Songs presents the life and work of Petr Eben, his reflections, awards, and composing. The theoretical part additionally includes a list of his works. Growing with a Song, the Song Grows with Us (Rastemo s pesmijo, pesem pa z nami) is the Slovenian collection of Petr Eben’s songs for a children’s choir. All the lyrics in the cited collections were translated into Slovenian by Mr Jože Humer. The Slovenian edition includes several collections from the composer’s creative opus for children’s choirs, namely Experiences of a Day, Spring Tunes, In the Grass, Curios Songs, and Autumn is Ripening (Kladas, 2013, p. 27, 28). This is followed by a brief presentation of Jože Humer, the translator of the lyrics in the Slovenian language, and the presentation of the children’s choir of the Cultural and Artistic Association Štefan Romih Črešnjevec, which performed the songs from the collection. The empiric part includes the presentation of the results of the research carried out among the singers of the mentioned choir. Our interest was focused on the possible differences among them considering their gender and age, as well as the fact whether or not they attend a music school. Do their answers vary depending on how long they have been singing in the choir ie their years of singing? Special interest was laid on what they liked the most and what were the most difficult features of the songs learnt during the singing season and eventually performed in a concert. The entire literature consulted for the preparation of the present Master’s thesis is in foreign languages, ie in the Czech, German, and English, therefore it has been hoped that the thesis will contribute to a better recognition of the globally famous composer Petr Eben in Slovenia as well.
