Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi smo pisali o tem kdo so mladi, o prehodu v odraslost in zaposlitev, o ranljivosti mladih in o tem kakšne so njihove možnosti za (prvo) zaposlitev. Opisali smo tudi stanje zaposljivosti (v letu 2012) in brezposelnosti (v letih 2012 in 2013) na trgu dela v Sloveniji ter ga primerjali z Evropsko unijo. V raziskovalnem delu smo izvedli raziskavo, katere cilj je bil ugotoviti, kaj mladi pričakujejo glede svoje prve zaposlitve.

Expectations of young people compared with their opportunities in the labour market
Abstract:
In the graduate thesis we studied about who are young, about their transition to adulthood and work, the vulnerability of young people, and what are their chances for (first) job. We also describe the status of employability (in 2012) and unemployment (in the years 2012 and 2013) on the labour market in Slovenia, and compared it with the European Union. In the research we conducted a survey with the aim to find out what young people expect of their first job.
