Abstract:
Magistrska naloga se osredotoča na upravljanje kapacitet s poudarkom na razvrščanju delovnih nalogov. V današnjem globalnem in dinamičnem poslovnem okolju morajo biti podjetja kar se da fleksibilna in se pripravljena odzvati na spremembe kar se da hitro. Konkurenca je neusmiljena, kar sili proizvodna podjetja v optimizacijo samega proizvodnega procesa. Boljšo izkoriščenost proizvodnega procesa lahko dosežemo z aktivnim in efektivnim upravljanjem kapacitet. Optimiziran proizvodni proces ima številne prednosti, ki se odražajo skorajda v vseh segmentih poslovanja podjetja.

Capacity management with emphasis on job orders
Abstract:
Master’s thesis focuses on capacity management with an emphasis on the classification of work orders. In today’s global and dynamic business environment, companies must be as flexible and be ready to react to changes as quick as quickly as possible. Competition is fierce and this fact forces manufacturing companies to optimize the production process itself. Better utilization of the production process could be achieved through active and effective capacity management. The optimized manufacturing process has many advantages, which reflect in almost all business segments of the company.
