Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo ocenjevali mikrobiološko kakovost kopalnih voda plaže Talamanca na otoku Ibiza. Plažo Talamanca smo primerjali s preostalimi plažami Ibize in Formentere ter ugotavljali možne vzroke mikrobiološkega onesnaževanja. V laboratoriju za javno zdravje Ibize in Formentere so se izvajali preizkusi in analize na podlagi rezultatov analiz črevesnih enterokokov in E. coli. Obravnavali smo pojavnost koncentracij bakterij črevesnih enterokokov in E. coli.

Title:REGRESSION MODELS OF ANALYTICAL RESULTS OF BATHING WATER QUALITY
Abstract:In this diploma thesis, we evaluated the microbiological quality of bathing water Talamanca beach on the island Ibiza. The focus is on the results of analyzes of the bathing season in 2014, during the period from April to October and the comparisons of the years 1999 to 2014. We compared the beach of Talamanca with the other beaches of Ibiza and Formentera, and we have assessed possible causes of microbiological pollution. In the laboratory of public health of Ibiza and Formentera we carried out tests and analyzes on the basis of the results of analyzes of intestinal enterococci and E. coli. We dealt with the incidence of intestinal bacteria concentrations of enterococci and E. coli. On the beach of Talamanca we compared the results of two sampling points Sinbad and Argos, where we noticed a difference between these two points. In the area Sinbad we observed a good correlation between the values of two experiments (the concentration of E. coli and enterococci), while in the region Argos we observed, that the concentration of enterococci is much greater than E. coli. The distance between these two sampling points is about 1000 m. The conclusion being, that Sinbad is in the vicinity of the mouth of the sewer. When determining the quality of a bathing water, the levels of E. coli and intestinal enterococci need to be within a certain limit for the water to be safe.
