Abstract:
Članek uvodoma začrta filozofsko-zgodovinsko stališče Mihaila Afanasjeviča Bulgakova, v nadaljevanju pa se osredotoči na analizo apokaliptičnega konteksta kot ozadja v Bulgakovovem prvem romanu Bela Garda, ki opisuje dogodke državljanske vojne v letih 1918/1919. V romanu je moč opaziti številne aluzije in navedke iz Razodetja, ki opozarjajo na posebni pomen apokaliptične zgodbe v Bulgakovovi ustvarjalnosti.

Abstract:
The article focuses on the analysis of apocalyptic context in Mikhail Bulgakov's first novel The White Guard, which depicts the period of the Civil War in 1918-1919 in Ukraine and follows the destiny of one family in the chaotic time of war, destruction and downfall of the old regime. In the novel Bulgakov alludes to The Book of Revelation by using numerous intertextual figures. Current analysis shows prevailing intertextual figures, explains their functions, and highlights the context in which they appear in Bulgakov's narrative.
