Abstract:	V diplomskem delu se bomo ukvarjali z energetsko samooskrbo stanovanjske hiše. To temo si želimo raziskati zaradi gospodarske krize in večanja stroškov, pa tudi zaradi onesnaževanja okolja. S samooskrbnimi (varčnimi) hišami bi zmanjšali stroške in škodljive izpuste v okolje. Najprej bomo opisali problem, nato bomo postavili cilje in določili raziskovalna vprašanja, predpostavke in omejitve raziskave ter predvidene metode dela. V teoretičnem delu bomo pisali o obnovljivih virih energije, ogrevanju s toplotno črpalko, naredili bomo tabelarično primerjavo, našteli in opisali vrste hiš z nizko porabo energije, pisali bomo tudi o načelih pri načrtovanju nizkoenergijskih in pasivnih hiš in nazadnje predstavili postopek predpisov in dovoljenj za gradnjo samooskrbnih hiš. Pri raziskavi bomo z anonimno anketo anketirali podjetja, ki se ukvarjajo z gradnjo samooskrbnih hiš, in občane, ki so potencialni investitorji. V diskusiji bomo pridobljene odgovore na raziskovalna vprašanja analizirali in podali rešitve.

Title:	ENERGY SELF-SUFFICIENCY RESIDENTAL HOUSE
Abstract:	In the thesis we will discuss energy self-sufficiency supply of a residential house. We wish to discuss this topic because of the economic depression and the increase of the costs and also because of the pollution of the environment. Houses based on self-sufficient supply (low energy houses) would reduce costs and harmful emissions into the environment. First, we will describe the problem. Then, we will set the objectives and determine the research questions, assumptions and limitations of the research and the anticipated methods of work. In the theoretical part we will write about renewable energy sources and heating with heat pump. We will produce tabular comparison and list and describe the types of low energy houses. We will write about the principles of design of low energy houses and passive houses. Finally, we will present the procedure of regulations and licenses to build houses based on self-sufficient supply. Within the research we shall conduct an anonymous survey among the companies involved in the construction of the houses based on self-sufficient supply, as well as among the residents who are potential investors. In the discussion we will analyze the acquired answers to the research questions and propose the solutions.
