| Abstract: | V diplomskem delu so teoretično opisani postopki in načini oblikovanja ponudbenih cen za gradbene objekte na podlagi popisov del s predizmerami in elementi ponudbene cene, kot so neposredni stroški, posredni stroški ter strukturni faktor za oblikovanje ponudbenega predračuna gradbenega objekta. S praktičnim primerom novogradnje stanovanjske hiše v bližini Šentruperta je izdelan popis del s predizmerami na podlagi izdelane projektne dokumentacije in s pomočjo računalniškega programa GKal oblikovan ponudbeni predračun. |
