Abstract:
V diplosmki nalogi smo se osredotočili na izbiro računovodje v podjetju. Na začetku smo predstavili poslovno funkcijo računovodstva in poklic računovodje. Poskušali smo ugotoviti s katerimi metodami si podjetja pomagajo pri pridobivanju in izbiri računovodje, da bi bil ta najbolj primeren. zanimalo nas je tudi, katera znanja in osebne značilnosti potrebuje dober računovodja.

THE ACCOUNTANT HIRING TECHNIQUES
Abstract:
In this thesis, we focused on the choice of accounting in the company. At the beginning, we presented a business function of accounting profession and accounting officer. We tried to determine which methods assist companies in obtaining and selecting accountants, that would be the most appropriate. We were also interested what kind knowledge and personal characteristics a person needs to be a good accountant.
