Abstract:
Raziskava naloge je temeljila na analizi izbranega poslovnega procesa kreditiranja na področju poslovanja s gospodarskimi družbami. Rezultati analize so s pomočjo ustreznih analitičnih orodij pokazali posamezne pomanjkljivosti pri izvajanju poslovnega procesa. Te pomanjkljivosti poudarjajo kako pomembno je, da banka nenehno preverja učinkovitost svojih procesov, če želi zadovoljiti potrebe strank, z najnižjo možno porabo virov in nizkim operativnim tveganjem. Na podlagi ugotovitev analize smo za izbrani proces poiskali rešitve in predloge za izboljšave. Podali smo tudi usmeritve s katerimi lahko banka z vpeljavo sistema trajnih izboljšav vzpostavi učinkovit način delovanja in posledično pripomore h konkurenčnosti in odličnosti poslovanja.

Title:
THE SYSTEM OF PERMANENT IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CORPORATE BANKING
Abstract:
The research work is based on an analysis of selected business process in the field of corporate credit business. The results of analysis, by use of appropriate analytical tools, showed particular weaknesses in the business process performance flow. These shortcomings underline how important it is that the bank continually reviews the effectiveness of its processes if she wants to meet the needs of customers, with minimal resource consumption and low operational risk. Based on the findings of the analysis on selected process we find the solutions and suggestions for improvements. We have given also the directions to which the bank, with the introduction of a system of permanent improvements, can establish an effective mode of operation and consequently contribute to the competitiveness and excellence of business.
